How can I check the credit balance on my alarm|SIM CARD
Our SIM Cards are designed to be "Fit & Forget" to take away the hassle of having to keep an eye on your balance and top up. Your SIM card credit balance is monitored and is automatically topped up with £10 when the balance falls below £5. We will collect £10 by your chosen payment method and apply this to account. We will always email you to advise that a payment has been taken as well as keep an eye on your usage and if it is higher than is expected, will also email you There is no facility to check your alarm|SIM CARD account balance online, however if you want to know your balance or how your SIM card is using the pre-pay credit, please Submit a Ticket.
