My iRISCO app shows an error: 'You are not authorized to operate the specific site'
If you try and log into your system via the iRISCO app and get the above message advising you are not authorised, the likely reason is that you have not subscribed to the RISCO Cloud Service. Create a new ticket and we will try and assist you in getting back online.
