What is my panel Access Point Name (APN)
You need to programme the correct APN into the panel to ensure that you can get a reliable internet connection from the panel. The APN used is dependant on your sim serial number. Simply create a new ticket (entering the email address registered with us) and if you have it, your 19 digit sim serial number. We'll then be able to advise of your APN via email.
