What is the Annual Service Fee?
Not all plans have an annual service fee, however if your alarm|SIM CARD has an Annual Service Fee it is £20 which is collected annually in advance. As an alarm|SIM CARD user you will benefit from: FREE technical support to help diagnose connectivity FREE email notification of high usage FREE UK based support services FREE Automatic Account Top Up Service Plus No minimum usage requirements unlike virtually all pay as you go providers who will disconnect you if you don't make a minimum number of calls / SMS within a specified time period On PLAN20 you get a phone number assigned to your alarm|SIM CARD On PLAN2 and PLAN10 data is included Access to all UK networks* No long term commitments or credit checks * Network access capability is equipment / control panel dependant
